Established in 2023 by co-founders Matthew Caravan and Terri-Lynn Penney, Hälsa Wellness embodies a progressive approach to healthcare in Corner Brook and surrounding areas. Our vision is to cater comprehensively to the diverse needs of individuals across various life stages and demographics. At Hälsa Wellness, we are deeply committed to enhancing overall health and well-being through an array of therapeutic modalities, including registered massage therapy, lymphatic drainage therapy, and manual osteopathy.

 

Our name, "Hälsa," drawn from the Swedish word for "health," was meticulously chosen by the clinic's founders, both experts in Swedish-style massage therapy. This selection reflects our unwavering dedication to nurturing and enhancing well-being, serving as a testament to our mission to promote health, restore vitality, and uplift the spirits of those who entrust us with their care.
